Vancouver Island Brewing originally began as Island Pacific Brewing, founded in 1984 by small business owners in southern Vancouver Island. In 1996, they outgrew their base in central Saanich, relocated to their current location in Victoria and changed their name to become Vancouver Island Brewing. Passion, On Tap. Vancouver Island Brewing is made up of a group of passionate, inspired people. We are proud to be driving innovation in an industry that we helped pioneer in British Columbia.
